IT Security Consultant (m/f/d) - focus on SOC onboarding

Your tasks

You will implement structured onboarding plans to ensure the successful launch of our SOC services.
Working closely with internal teams, you will coordinate the implementation of security technologies, including SIEM and SOAR, as well as monitoring mechanisms and processes.
You connect log sources to our SIEM and SOAR technologies and link the various technologies in SOAR.
You support the configuration, adaptation and optimization of the security technologies used for effective threat detection.
You will document the entire onboarding process, create reports and take on the technical communication with our customers.
As part of our team, you will work with world-class cybersecurity experts and gain access to cutting-edge technologies and resources.
You are responsible for the technical rollout, including the installation of sensors and systems in the customer network.

Your profile

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security or a related field.
You also have demonstrable experience in the cybersecurity industry.
You have an in-depth understanding of security infrastructures, threat landscapes and current security technologies.
You have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and comprehensibly. You also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are also part of your qualifications.
A willingness to travel occasionally to support our customers on site rounds off your profile.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential for this position.
