Marketing & Sales Specialist (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for developing creative ideas and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support the company's goals.
  • Your tasks will include planning and implementing marketing campaigns via various channels (online and offline).
  • You will be responsible for our social media channels, plan and create exciting content for them and keep an eye on tracking.
  • You like to be up to date and analyze market trends, competitive activities and customer feedback to optimize marketing measures.
  • You enjoy coordinating and collaborating with the sales team as well as organizing and participating in trade fairs, events and webinars in the B2B business.  
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating marketing performance and preparing reports for management.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. in marketing/communication) or a degree (e.g. marketing management, business communication, public relations) and have practical experience in advertising or marketing.
  • You are well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as the common MS Office applications.
  • Ideally, you are also proficient in content management systems such as WordPress and have experience in CRM software and Google research.
  • Your professional competence is complemented by perfect German and spelling skills as well as a good feel for the language and a good command of written and spoken English.
  • You meet the daily challenges in the IT sector with a high level of commitment and a sense of responsibility.
