Your tasks

  • You support our team in the Service Desk as the "first point of contact" and look after our customers in the B2B environment.
  • It is a matter of course for you to get in touch with customers by telephone, to answer calls, to proactively inform customers, to guide them or to obtain any missing, important information.
  • Courteous, professional and direct customer service is just as important to you as it is to us.
  • You enter all the customer information you receive into our system landscape and ensure that our technical colleagues know everything that is important to them.
  • You have an affinity for technology and are used to discovering new tools in the digital world and helping to optimize them.
  • Further development is important to you and we will accompany you, whether your journey is more technical or commercial.
  • We are there for our customers 24/7. You should therefore be willing to work shifts. Duty rosters are drawn up in consultation, you can work 40% of your working hours from your home office after training and of course receive tax-free shift allowances. Night shifts are currently not a must!

Your profile

  • Our goal: excellent customer service. What training you have is of secondary importance to us. Commercial or technical training would certainly be a good basis. However, a degree in communications or IT would also be helpful - but not a must.
  • Ideally, you already have experience in customer service - experience in IT customer service would be excellent.
  • You are characterized by your pronounced customer and service orientation, your binding and independent way of working as well as your analytical thinking and your very good coordination skills.
  • You are a real team player, enjoy working together to achieve success and contribute your own ideas.
  • Your written and verbal skills in German and English will be convincing.
